What you will do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Middle East, Africa & Turkey and support them to deliver the recruitment strategy across the region.  We are a forward-looking team, positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture and growth of Johnson Controls supporting our business and HR team in hiring the best talent with a focus on quality, diversity, speed and cost.

You will be accountable for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment, taking responsibility of all aspects of operational recruiting (vacancy briefing, advertising, sourcing, interviews and offer negotiation) executing pro-active sourcing strategies aimed at generating a candidate flow that meets diversity and our overall recruiting goals.

You will play a key role in the development of strategies and solutions to develop sustainable candidate pipelines for our business.

How you will do it

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will ;

•            Working closely with key stakeholders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.

•            Maintaining a professional network; attending career fairs, college universities and networking events.

•            Driving the concept of Diversity in hiring through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns.

•            Act as a change agent and identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.

•            Effectively adapt to varying requirements, plan and execute sourcing strategies and implement efficient recruitment process whilst maintaining a level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.

•            Develop and deploy alternative sourcing methods

•            As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a disciplined focus on your customers

•            Proactively develop our candidate base, creating skills-based pools through a variety of sources with view to reduce time to hire and increase service delivery.

•            Always look for new innovate way to source candidates, increase awareness and improve the employer brand

•            Using insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently adding value to partners and stakeholders

•            You deliver results and are fuelled by your passion to win, taking personal responsibility to ensure success

•            You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences

•            Believing the best work is done in teams, and you seek to collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals

•            You should be naturally curious and drive to deliver a best-in-class service while adding commercial value to the process with the knowledge you build up of the market

•            Use reports and data to drive improvements and decision making

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor degree in HR or similar field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a recruitment agency or in-house/internal recruitment role.
  • Proven track record of market mapping, headhunting and direct sourcing and candidate networking.
  • Foundational understanding of Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches.
  • Able to deliver an efficient and high quality of service to hiring manager as well as candidates.
  • Someone who can advise, influence and develop relationships at all levels.
  • Apply recruitment techniques to a wide variety of departments and vacancies (MEA countries Sales, Eng,)
  • Must have expert knowledge of the Boolean search language.
  • Able to identify and materialize opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and attraction methods.
  • Out of the box thinking, a creative sourcer and problem solver.
  • Must be driven, resilient and pervasive.

Preferred

•     Experience recruiting for Sales or Engineering positions

•     Experience managing and leading projects

•     International recruitment experience, across several countries or regions

•     Arabic language skills.
