Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for routine daily compliance work, including but not limited to inflow notice management, report drafting, reviewing and submission, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and related-party transaction management, information disclosure, effective communication with internal and external parties, etc.
2. Organize and coordinate regulatory requirements gap analysis and implementation.
3. Provide compliance support for company’s operation and management activities, new business development, etc., including search, collect and analysis law and regulatory requirements; review important internal rules, and promptly give suggestions on the formulation or revision.
4. Organize or participate in compliance assessments, accountability process; maintain regular compliance work contact with local regulatory authorities.
5. Give constructive opinions on ad-hoc compliance issues and projects, be responsible for multi-function communication, and actively promote the implementation and completion of projects.
6. Assist in developing compliance plan and improving compliance and risk management policies of the company, organizing compliance reviews, evaluations, inspections, compliance risk monitoring, and compliance incident handling as required.
7. Assist in work related to risk management (C-ROSS) or group top-down projects.
8. Assist in regulation interpretation, audit project arrangement, communication, material preparation, audit report review, regulatory reporting and follow-up rectification of internal and external compliance audit projects.
9. Assist in promoting compliance culture and conducting compliance training and providing compliance consultations.
10. Familiar with the company's business, able to actively explore and suggest practical improvement for compliance management work.
11. Other works required by regulations or assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Major in law or related;
3. Proficient in English, TEM-8 or above is preferred;
4. Good ability in writing fluently;
5. 5 years or above experience in insurance industry is preferred;
6.  Have strong spirit of teamwork, good communication skills; and,
7. Integrity, work hard, serious and responsible, detail oriented.
