What you will do-

The Senior HR Specialist for our MSNT teams will directly support the Group VP HR, MSNT and the Commercial Talent Management Team in the areas of projects, communications, administrative support, meetings and project coordination. This role is critical in supporting key initiatives within the Commercial Talent Management Team. It will involve creating and implementing a communication plan, collaborating with key stakeholders across the HR function and various divisions, and ensuring the successful execution of the team's strategic goals.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Partner with Commercial Talent Management (CTM) team to create and execute leadership communication plan and approach, presentation design and content support for presentations, videos and other communication vehicles
  • Coordinate with the CTM leadership team to drive planning and execution for key enterprise projects and deliverables
  • Support the team in the development, timeline, and ongoing execution of the talent strategic project plan
  • Partner closely with our CTM team, People and Development, Talent Strategy, and TA COEs, HR stakeholders and coordinate efforts and communication as necessary
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying focused on accuracy and data integrity
  • Lead scheduling, logistics, calendar management, expenses & travel, and execution of HRLT calls, employee events, leadership and team meetings
  • Provides administrative support requiring a good understanding and knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people
  • Develops, edits and troubleshoots formatting of power point templates
  • Update and maintain leadership calendars, events, and distribution list
  • Lead special projects and perform other work as needed
  • Help coordinate projects, logistics, material production/ materials, catering, travel, facilitator scheduling with local resources for onsite meetings/event
  • Ensures HR administrative efficiency and smooth day-to-day operation for CTM

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience required ​
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Experience developing, editing, and managing presentations in MS PowerPoint
  • Preferred candidate will sit local to a Stryker MSNT manufacturing location in San Jose, CA,  Flower Mound, TX, or Kalamazoo, MI

$67,400- 136,200k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data.  Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
