The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies. Our centralized team drives strategic coordination across the Global Tech enterprise, focusing on top priority initiatives guided by the CTO, CDO, and Board of Directors. We lead efforts to modernize legacy applications and advance the technology stack by eliminating technical debt, supporting retail innovation. The team excels in program and stakeholder management, decision making, and process improvement to deliver impactful technology solutions. Committed to operational excellence, we ensure seamless execution of complex programs that align with organizational goals and foster continuous advancement in technology modernization and enterprise-wide collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Define and manage program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-availability solutions.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain effective launch and post-launch operational excellence frameworks.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align teams, resolve conflicts, and secure commitments across cross-functional groups.
• In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, including system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical information clearly and produce structured reports and program documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in incident management, risk mitigation, and process improvement to ensure operational excellence.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous program optimization.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
