The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies. This role requires expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, and incident management to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, coordinate stakeholder communication, and oversee risk mitigation while fostering operational excellence. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills are essential to effectively manage program milestones, budgets, and deliverables within a dynamic environment focused on continuous innovation and technology modernization.
Our centralized team drives strategic coordination across the Global Tech enterprise, focusing on top priority initiatives guided by the CTO, CDO, and Board of Directors. We lead efforts to modernize legacy applications and advance the technology stack by eliminating technical debt, supporting retail innovation. The team excels in program and stakeholder management, decision making, and process improvement to deliver impactful technology solutions. Committed to operational excellence, we ensure seamless execution of complex programs that align with organizational goals and foster continuous advancement in technology modernization and enterprise-wide collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
