Our Liquids Pipeline division is looking for a project champion to advance Enbridge's competitive position within the market. In this role, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of organic growth projects while working with key internal stakeholders including Infrastructure Planning, LP Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain. You will also work with external partners in the industry and be a change agent throughout the project lifecycle.

We are currently hiring 2 positions. We have a position in Calgary, AB, and Houston TX.
What You Will Do:
Influence project decisions and ensure implementation of those decisions are communicated to front line employees.
Understand the business drivers and ensure senior leadership is aligned to provide support.
Provide timely advice and recommendations to the Project Manager supporting commercial opportunities for projects.
Act as a lead through the project lifecycle on key decisions concerning liquid pipeline (LP) projects.
Drive strategy and evaluate project options against competitive drivers and operational reliability targets.
Engage with external organizations such as government agencies and associations to understand industry trends and impacts to business development.
Develop a timely feedback mechanism to ensure the project development process is competitive and any lessons learned, industry or competitor trends are incorporated into future projects.
Who You Are:
A related post-secondary degree and 10 or more years of progressive experience in management roles pertaining to energy projects.
Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams for a range of large-scale, high-profile projects in regulated or competitive dynamic environments.
Familiarity with Enbridge project development processes, internal standards, and industry best practices.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with previous experience delivering executive presentations.
Superb organizational, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.
Proven strategic mentality with an ability to influence group decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, virtual, and cross-functional environment.

Working Conditions:
Office environment with regular travel in the US and Canada.

Balancing, bending, stooping, light carrying of 15 lbs or less, picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm. Grasping, kneeling, light lifting (15 lbs or less). Ability to walk 100 feet. Reach above shoulder. Repetitive motion (typing, answer phones, reaching, etc.). Sitting for sustained periods of time. Reading small print, and computer monitor usage for significant periods of time. The ability to climb stairs, ladders, etc.
