Target Range:

$85,000.00/Yr. - $165,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Vice President, Digital Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of the bank’s digital products and platforms. This role ensures that solutions meet client needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and drive revenue growth. The VP will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, technology, and risk teams, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience and strengthen the bank’s competitive position.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Product Roadmap for assigned products and platforms, maintaining a complete back-log and recommending prioritization for product development efforts to meet both short-term and long-term strategic goals;  present recommendations to senior and executive management.
  • Ensure all product development efforts follow the established Commercial Product framework, working with key partners including Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Marketing and other key constituents; ensure assigned products meet all regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and standards and fall within the bank's risk appetite
  • Recommend and establish product pricing; maintain product P&L
  • Build and track key metrics and management reporting for assigned product
  • Perform ongoing market research, competitive research and vendor research
  • Provide support and training to Sales and Operations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in treasury management, product management, or commercial banking
  • Strong understanding of cash management, payments, liquidity solutions, and digital banking trends
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
