Job Description

Business Consultancy

  • Advise local management teams on specific compliance activities or processes (sales and marketing activities, processes, etc.)

  • Develop expertise related to implementation of local compliance policies, activities and processes

Policies & Procedures

  • Support implementation for the incorporation of global policies / divisional or regional guidance into local SOPs.

  • Participate in the development, review, revision, and distribution of local SOPs (with the appropriate business owner)

  • Provide interpretative guidance


Trainings

  • Establish compliance training requirements and identify target audience, and coordinate training efforts

  • Deliver train the trainer training (for compliance training programs)

  • Provide interpretation and training on global & local guidance


Monitoring

  • Periodically provide monitoring / control processes for the following risk areas – review CME activities; financial interactions with HCP (Health Care Professional); grants, donations and charitable contributions; internal FCPA/anti-bribery process control with spot checks

  • Periodically provide data to be reported for local monitoring / control processes for FCPA/anti bribery system implementation, e-event system reporting, sample management report, etc.


Compliance Issues Visibility & Responses

  • Provide support in fact finding stage of compliance investigations, which will include, but not limited to, going to the field to collect information, retrieving and checking documentation.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any major

  • Preferably having experience in Legal / Compliance in pharmaceutical industry

  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues

  • Good knowledge on health sector laws and regulations

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)

  • Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
