We are searching for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a custodian! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment through a combination of cleaning and minor repair tasks.

We are hiring for both full and part-time roles based in our Suwanee, GA office.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties:
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies
  • Remove trash and recyclables
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors
  • Respond to spills and messes promptly
• Handyman Duties:
  • Perform minor repairs on plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, and replace light bulbs
  • Fix leaky faucets, loose doorknobs, and other hardware issues
  • Assemble furniture and equipment
  • Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Other Duties:
  • Secure the building by checking doors and windows at the end of the day
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to an Area Operations Manager
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Lift and move furniture and equipment (may require assistance for heavy objects)
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience as a custodian, handyman, or similar role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be reliable and available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
