Daily challenges

• Receive and dispatch hardware devices
• Compare the packing slip to the actual delivery and report any discrepancies
• Evaluate and repair devices
• Update the BIOS and install the most recent image, test functionality
• Maintain and audit inventory
• Maintain physical stock shelfs in accordance with stockroom types and in line with manufacturer storage guidance
• Keep electronic service records up to date
• Manage shipping effectively, choosing the most cost-effective shipping method as and when appropriate
• Coordinate, prepare and fulfill, warranty repairs, donations, and disposals

eXperience and skills required

• Experience with multiple infrastructure environments and understanding their relationships (e.g., operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, mobile devices, end-user, and server/web-related applications).
• General IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software (Windows 10, Microsoft 0365), networks
• Good command of English language
• Communication skills and an ability to collaborate with different teams to provide the required solution
