Accenture Strategy & Consulting helpt bedrijven met vraagstukken over disruptie en toekomstbestendigheid. Je adviseert senior management op basis van data, kennis en innovatie. Strategy & Consulting is onderdeel van Accenture naast Technology, Operations, Song, Industry X en Security.

👥 Over het Financial Services Team

Je werkt samen met jonge en gedreven collega’s binnen één of meerdere van de volgende groepen:

• Banking: heroverweeg traditionele bedrijfsvoering en benut technologie en talent.
• Capital Markets: help investeringsbanken en vermogensbeheerders zich voorbereiden op toekomstige markten.
• Insurance: herontwerp bedrijfsmodellen en bereid verzekeraars voor op groei.

🛠️ Wat je gaat doen

• Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams
• Proactief klantproblemen aanpakken
• Zelfstandig werken aan deliverables
• Workshops voorbereiden en bijwonen (intern en extern)
• Markt- en bureauonderzoek uitvoeren
• Presentaties voorbereiden
• Eventueel een cursus of certificaat behalen

Je krijgt de kans om je te verdiepen in actuele onderwerpen binnen de financiële sector.

🎓 Wie jij bent

• Masterstudent (MSc/MA) aan een Nederlandse universiteit met een financiële achtergrond
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
• Uitstekende VWO en WO resultaten
• Sterke persoonlijkheid en communicatieve vaardigheden
• Onafhankelijk, hands-on mentaliteit, creatief en verantwoordelijk
• Sterk intrinsiek gemotiveerd
