Job Description

The Senior RFP and Reporting Specialist is responsible for the responses to institutional RFPs and due diligence questionnaires. The position will work closely with the Virtus RFP team to complete retail questionnaires and maintain product listings in various consultant databases. In addition, the position supports the client services team by managing monthly and quarterly marketing materials as well as regular reporting.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the RFP, DDQ, and client update processes for institutional and retail prospects/clients, including coordinating compliance review and consulting with subject matter experts.

• Maintain the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting and marketing material.

• Manage and continuously enhance the content library to support RFP responses.

• Lead the management and ongoing updates of multiple hedge fund databases.

• Drive initiatives to leverage the Virtus RFP team to streamline and strengthen AlphaSimplex’s RFP process.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with content libraries.
• Knowledge of financial products and asset classes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage competing obligations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently.
• Ability to effectively manage new projects, existing maintenance, shifting priorities, and multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

The starting salary range is $107,000 to $130,000.

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
