We are looking for a strategic Senior Key Account Manager to join our Serpong office. In this role, you will manage and grow key client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service and solutions in the e-commerce distribution and enablement space. Your goal will be to maximize client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue. You will also play a critical role in helping brands achieve their revenue targets, and act as a consultant for their e-commerce strategies.
Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) was founded by an experienced offline distributor and e-commerce executive to meet the needs of online distribution, covering online sales strategy, store operations, in-app marketing, customer services, warehousing and fulfillment. In 2023, DDI was acquired by technology company AnyMind Group, and now also helps brands maximize AnyMind's powerful end-to-end commerce and marketing technology stack.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and providing solutions.
Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to offer tailored advice and solutions as well as set and achieve their revenue targets through effective e-commerce strategies.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Offer guidance on user experience (UX) on client’s e-commerce platforms to be more attractive such as content, layout, product images, and descriptions.
Collaborate with clients to monitor and analyze sales performance data to ensure targets are met or exceeded as well as provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize revenue generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional client experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Who You Are
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce distribution and enablement.
Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
