Join us as our new Supply ERP Data Specialist!
 

Come join our Sales and Operations Planning Team for Human Health at Novonesis! In this role, you'll be a key player in the team's ERP system managing data and continuing to optimize the platform. You'll work fully remotely supporting our growing business to get the right product, to the right place, at the right time.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Being a conduit between Finance & Sales as you receive Customer Information/Pricing from Sales and input the Customer Information/Pricing into the ERP & notify the Finance Team

  • Gathering data for OTIF Calculation on a weekly basis, retrieving the outbound OTIF data from the ERP to input into an ongoing OTIF Calculation file

  • Requesting SKU’s from the Product Development Manager for new items & input the new SKU into the ERP

  • Maintaining Customer Database as you enter/update Customers into Microsoft Dynamics. You will work closely with sales, customer services & logistics to gather data required for new customer intake.

  • Maintaining Item Database by entering / updating Raw Material ingredients & finished goods products into Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Maintaining Barcode Database - our 3rd Party Barcode repository that will need to be managed (assigned products to barcodes & updated product names on barcodes).

  • Maintaining Vendor Database by entering / updating Customers into Microsoft Dynamics. You will work closely with the Associate Category Manager & Supply Planner to gather data required for new vendor intake & to maintain existing vendor data.

  • Reporting New Customer, Vendor, & Item Creations Monthly to Accounting Supervisor

  • Auditing the BOMs & Routing Numbers


To succeed you must hold: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Data Management / Accounting / Operations

  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics

  • Proficiency in PowerBI

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in Asana (a plus)

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

  • Passion for Data

  • Solution oriented problem solver

  • Self-Starter

  • Strong attention to Detail

  • Ability to Travel 10%

Expected salary range: $60,000 - $75,000
