The Opportunity 

As a Sales Leader at Adobe, you will oversee a team of Install Base Account Executives responsible for selling across the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud responsible for maximising customer value, renewals, and expansion within existing accounts, with new business generation across targeted enterprise customers. 

 

You will partner closely with teams to deepen account penetration, elevate Adobe’s value, and identify new opportunities across the end-to-end portfolio. What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of world class AEs focused on driving both install base growth and net new revenue across the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud. 

  • Cultivate new lines of business within key enterprise accounts while also accelerating expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-solution adoption within the existing customer base. 

  • Coach and mentor your team to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets across software, services, and solution delivery. 

  • Engage at multiple levels of the customer organisation, building relationships from practitioners to C-suite (CMO, CIO, CDO etc) and enabling your team to open doors and advance opportunities. 

  • Drive a consultative sales process, collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, use cases, and strategic recommendations. 

  • Shape and execute GTM strategies, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Business Development, Sales (inc Account Management and Renewals), Solution Consulting, Professional Services and Customer Success. 

  • Develop sales enablement initiatives to uplift capability, improve sales execution, and strengthen customer value realisation. 

  • Provide clear operational leadership, including accurate pipeline management, forecasting, business reviews, and visibility into key sales metrics. 

  • Leverage deep market and industry insights to guide strategy, position Adobe’s value, and inform sales decisions. 

 

What You Need to Succeed 

  • 5–10 years of enterprise software sales leadership, ideally with experience across both new business acquisition and install base growth. 

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, with experience selling both software and services strongly preferred. 

  • Proven success selling to senior technology and marketing executives (CMO, CIO CDO). 

  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and driving multi-solution adoption across large customer environments. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales team. 

  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
