Job Summary:

Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and qualified STM with a D-Pharmacy background to promote and sell diagnostic products across healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of Abbott’s commercial strategies.

Major Responsibilities:

• Promote Abbott’s rapid diagnostic products to hospitals, clinics, Laboratories, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product benefits and usage
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
• Ensure compliance with Abbott’s ethical standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (D-Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
• 1 – 3 years of experience in medical or diagnostic sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Knowledge of diagnostic products and healthcare systems in Pakistan
