As the Senior Freight Solutions Adviser, you will oversee flight reservations, flight planning, operations, customer services, track & trace, cargo claims, and monitor transshipment. You will work closely with our international partners, Japan, Korea, India, Philippines & Taiwan and will coordinate with AUS capacity control and FPO team to ensure transshipment via AUS to meet customer's expectations.
You will also be responsible for the correct and timely billing of customers, certification of invoices, control of accountable documents, and spot rates for Hong Kong & GSSAs and will manage the relationship with customers, suppliers, external rate auditing agency, internal billing teams, and GSSAs.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience within the Air Freight industry as a freight forwarder or ground handler is highly advantageous.
Highly motivated with a personal commitment to exceptional customer service
Operational knowledge of work processes and systems within a freight environment
Exceptional communication skills to work with various levels of management and operational teams across the business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to brief, influence and/or motivate and develop people to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to brief and influence and/or motivate and develop people to achieve desired outcomes.
Experience working with various stakeholders at all levels and operational teams across large businesses.
Proficient knowledge in using Microsoft Office is preferred.
