Job Description

About the Role

In this role, you will support the ongoing activation and optimization of the Kohl’s Credit Card program, including features, experiences and capabilities. You’ll leverage strategic guidance, business trends, data and consumer insights to drive decisions and deliver a best-in-class credit experience. 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver best-in-class credit experiences by leveraging partnerships, analytics and competitive insights to drive key KPIs

  • Work cross-functionally on the design, communication, execution and performance of programs

  • Facilitate project status meetings to keep partners aligned on goals and maintain updated project plans

  • Develop and submit all creative requests

  • Manage compliance reviews and proofing of creative assets

  • Ensure all Credit communication, marketing and training meet Kohl’s Compliance and Legal requirements and have been documented

  • Research, evaluate and analyze current industry trends to drive revenue and innovation

  • Develop new tactics and ongoing changes to improve campaigns in partnership with key businesses

  • Explore new opportunities and productivity enhancements through a test and learn approach

  • Maintain customer experience and Kohl’s Card customer experience journeys 

  • Travel up to 15%

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • 2-3+ years related experience

  • Retail and credit marketing experience

  • Strong knowledge of Excel 

  • Strong presentation-building skills

  • Basic knowledge of data output analysis

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience in advertising and marketing strategy

  • Experience cultivating and managing partner relationships 

  • Strong communication skills, including proofreading and editing 

  • Project coordination and management experience
