Role Summary

The Brand & Communications Director role is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s brand strategy and overseeing all communications to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with the Company’s values and objectives. The role involves managing the brand identity, external and internal communications, alongside corporate affairs and public relations efforts to enhance the Company’s image and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The listed nature of the organisation, together with the regulatory environment places special emphasis on the criticality of our external brand and communication to the market, and the governance around this. This role is critical for shaping how the Company is perceived by both internal and external audiences, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image across all channels of communication.
