We are looking for you as SAP ABAP Developer (SD) to join our international Aftersales Development Team - you will work on building our SAP S4 Platform, including integration via SAP CI, as well as various connectivity and digitalization solutions for the KION Group brands. Furthermore, you will support our customers in the productive systems to keep them efficient.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Developing, customizing and consulting in SAP SD in R/3 and S4

• Conduct performance tests / examine system performance within the delivered software / system

• Support project teams during realization and integration phase

• Detailed documentation of developer tests, faults, technical specifications, and trainings

• Conduct commissioning, Ramp Up and key user training on site (domestic / international)

• Perform software tests

• Continuous improvement of the SAP Namespace / AddOns

• Estimate time to complete of new and existing development tasks

• Visit customers to work with them on system improvements / changes / their operative daily business processes

Technology Stack you will work with:

• SAP ECC system (module SD) with ABAP stack

• SAP S/4 Hana

• XML / HTML5 / JSON / SOAP / REST / JavaScript

• Version Control: ABAPGit, GitLab

• IDE: Eclipse, VS Code, SAP Development Studio

• Jira, Confluence

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Very good level of knowledge regarding ABAP OO / ABAP

• Good Knowledge of AfterSales Service Processes (Contracts, Invoices, etc.)

• Knowledge of SAP Enhancement techniques (implicit/explicit Enhancements, BAdI, User-Exits, modifications)

• Knowledge of SAP specific technologies (tRFC, qRFC, bgRFC, oData, ABAP WebServices) would be great

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Informatics

• Team player

• Problem-solving thinking and mentality

• Customer-oriented attitude

• English – fluent

• German – nice to have

• Willingness to travel
