Responsibilities:
Working with healthcare customers to analyze requirements, providing integration consulting services, translating needs into integration designs, interfacing specifications, delivering plans, implementing, establishing connectivity, and validating end-to-end workflows.
Designing, building, testing, and deploying interfaces using integration engines and interoperability standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE/XDS, modality worklist) to enable reliable data and image exchange.
Coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies, manage risks, & ensure successful go-lives.
Troubleshooting incidents and problems in customer environments, performing root analysis, and working to restore service and prevent recurrence.
Developing and improving integration tools, reusable components, and delivery playbooks; creating, updating, and maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.
Driving continuous improvement.
Seeking to become trusted advisors to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, health informatics, or equivalent.
Relevant experience delivering healthcare IT integrations and/or supporting enterprise imaging or clinical systems (PACS, RIS, CVIS, VNA, EMR/EHR) integrations.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, profiles, workflows such as HL7, DICOM, IHE profiles, XDS, modality worklist, integration engines (Orion Rhapsody, Cloverleaf), & transformations.
Working knowledge with databases and strong SQL skills; familiarity with networking and security concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, certificates) is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with customers, technology vendors, and cross functional teams; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong process orientation, attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and a demonstrated commitment to quality, documentation, and disciplined delivery.
Fluency in English is a must.
