About the role
As a Mid-Level UX Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging design and engineering within our Product and Development teams. You will focus on developing dynamic interfaces, integrating GenUI/AI, and crafting data-driven dashboards and user flow optimizations to deliver an exceptional user experience. Your expertise will contribute directly to creating user-centered, scalable, and efficient solutions that elevate our platform.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Interface Development with Figma and React:
Collaborate with UX designers to translate prototypes into performant and accessible (a11y) React components.
Ensure high fidelity between designs and code while maintaining a seamless user interaction experience.
Data-Driven Dashboard Creation:
Design and implement intuitive reporting dashboards that allow users to interact with and visualize key financial data.
Prioritize performance and usability to present complex data effectively.
GenUI/AI Integration:
Utilize generative UI/AI techniques to create adaptive and intelligent user interfaces.
Ensure interfaces evolve dynamically based on user behavior and data insights.
User Flow Mapping and Menu Structure Optimization:
Build and refine user flow diagrams and menu structures for optimized navigation.
Leverage analytics to streamline and simplify complex user journeys.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with product managers and software engineers to successfully translate UX concepts into high-performance components.
Actively integrate design improvements into the platform to enhance usability and performance.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in UX-focused front-end development.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/styled-components, and Figma.
Hands-on experience with functional React components, lifecycle management using hooks, and state management with reducers.
Familiarity with generative design techniques and AI-driven user interfaces is a strong plus.

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, thriving in cross-functional teams.
Proactive approach to identifying and solving user experience challenges.
