How you’ll make an impact

• You will contribute to new product development and maintain global product technical support for global technology centers for surge arresters.

• You will lead the R&D project for surge arrester following internal product development workflow and drive factory implementation deliverables.

• You should be capable of leading technical solution and concept design review for surge arrester.

• You maintain the design, plan, and execute the development test and type test for surge arrester.

• You need to work agile, in Teams, hands-on, taking technology and personal development ownership.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Minimum master’s degree, major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in surge arrester design and application is a plus.

• Experience in simulation such as dielectric and bursting is a plus.

• Self-motivated, willing to face different challenges, firm ownership, and good leadership capability.

• Good communication and negotiation skills, willingness to work in a multi-language environment, and ability to communicate and collaborate within a global team and with internal/external partners.

• Result-oriented, independent, and flexible in committing to the business.

• Available for domestic and oversea travel.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
