Job Summary

The Patient Access Manager is responsible for daily operations of the specialty patient access center responsible for intake, scheduling, template management, authorization processing and post visit. Person will collaborate with internal and external Physicians, and key department Leaders to ensure access, quality and excellent customer service is provided to our community.,

Pay Range

Minimum $80,538 Midpoint $106,704 Maximum $132,870

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required: Minimum three (3) years of experience in a healthcare contact / call center. Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing a team in a contact / call center.

Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of education.

Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

Required: Ability to serve as a change agent leader and exercise change management strategies in a complex environment. - Knowledge of Contact Center Metrics - Knowledge of telephony systems such as Talk desk, Nice, Cisco UCCE - Knowledge of best practice Contact Center metrics and KPI’s - Knowledge of Electronic Healthcare Records systems such as Cerner or EPIC. Demonstrated strength in building and articulating a vision and setting goals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to understand and anticipate the impact and opportunities across multiple critical projects. Ability to build and establish positive relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels. Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Experience presenting findings / recommendations to Executive level audiences. Intermediate or advanced computer, spreadsheet, & database skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills are required in order to effectively interact with the scheduling staff, our providers and the community.
