We are seeking an experienced (Senior) HSSE Specialist with specific expertise in office fit-out projects to join our PDS team. This role requires strong construction industry background with demonstrated experience in office, retail, and hotel fit-out environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Conduct internal/external HSSE audits and ensure compliance with Polish Labour Code
• Support project teams with Construction Safety Plans (BIOZ), Environmental Plans, and Risk Assessments (IBWR)
• Investigate accidents/incidents and produce regulatory reports
• Provide HSSE guidance to management, employees, and subcontractors
• Deliver training programs and maintain safety culture initiatives
• Support bid teams with tender documentation and supplier assessments
• Monitor KPIs and conduct regular site visits

 

Essential Requirements:

• Construction industry experience with office fit-out background
• Polish language skills plus communicative English (it is not mandatory)
• Higher Education/Postgraduate Diploma in H&S
• Minimum 1 year H&S Service experience in Poland
• Experience on minimum 2 construction projects as HSSE Manager/Officer
• Professional HSSE qualifications
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Leadership and communication skills

Desirable:

• ISO auditor qualifications (9001/14001/45001)
• First Aid Certificate
• Specialized qualifications in Fire Safety/Environmental Management
• Training certifications

You will report directly to the PDS & Tetris EMEA HSSE Lead and work within a multicultural team environment, ensuring uncompromised safety standards across all office fit-out operations.
