Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analysts to join our Business Analyst Team in Everett, Washington!

A successful hire in this role will have strong attention to detail and be able to develop and maintain relationships and with customers, collaborators, peers, and partners.

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Provides Business Support for Operations Leadership Team.

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Facilitates meetings.

  • Works under general direction.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
 
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
 
 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis

  • 3+ years of experience in data management and/or configuration management and processing

  • 3+ years of experience with senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

  • 3+ years of experience producing both written and verbal technical communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working in a team-based environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills 

Typical Education/Experience:

Advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000
