Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Facilities Management and/or Property Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience, prior experience gained in property management companies is preferred;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua an advantage);
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Building / Property Management regulations and Ordinances; and
  • Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.

Major duties

  • To assist the Assistant Workplace Manager to work with the Authority’s Representative to address any specific requirements or concerns;
  • Liaise and coordinate with the relevant Authority’s departments, operators on matters in relation to WM services;
  • Manage and supervise the overall day to day operations to ensure quality services are delivered in compliance with SLA and KPI requirements;
  • Conduct daily patrol and routine inspections and prepare inspection reports;
  • Follow up with enquiries, complaints and requests related to the Services. Assist to perform investigation / fact check / case review;
  • Attend and resolve emergency incidents and operations issues. Assist to prepare investigation / incident reports, and undertake preventive and corrective measures;
  • Respond to any emergency calls;
  • Attend regular meetings with the Authority and other meetings requested by the Authority;
  • Prepare management reports, incident reports, daily/monthly reports as required;
  • Monitor, review and enhance the workflow and conduct regular training and coaching to subordinates and frontline staff;
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, notices relating to WM services;
  • Might work at night and on public holidays, when required;
  • Respond to any emergency calls during typhoon and adverse weather to ensure smooth operation and minimize disruptions in Workplace areas; and
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Authority.
