Join our Fraud team as a Senior Quality Analyst specializing in System Integration Testing (SIT). In this role, you will analyze requirements, identify acceptance criteria and test scenarios, and collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans. Your goal will be to ensure that our products meet the defined quality criteria and standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive Sprint planning, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management, and report to stakeholders.
- Solve problems, create and approve Test Artifacts per standard guidelines, and innovate using Quality Engineering (QE) practices.
- Approach System, Component, SIT, and integration testing with an automation-first mindset.
- Conduct System and Integrated System testing and contribute to platform integration to enhance product quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders within platform and project teams through various stage-gates of production release to deliver the agreed scope.
- Develop and implement quality processes within the QE Team.
- Implement and monitor quality metrics, including trend analysis of discrepancies and defects; drive investigations into problems and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain Test Beds and Test Docs (such as Test Scope, Test Plan, and Test Summary Report) for ST and SIT phases.
- Deliver quality outcomes for various Fin Crime and Fraud domain projects within aggressive timelines.
- Lead a small team, exhibiting leadership qualities, managing stakeholders, and communicating effectively with project and business teams.
- Scope tests, estimate efforts, create test artifacts, deliver Test plans, Test Summary Reports, and drive & deliver the ST and SIT testing outcomes within agreed timelines and scope.
- Proactively address issues discovered in software testing, manage Defect Triage, and prioritize fixing issues.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and suites for SIT flows where applicable.
- Own, manage, and demonstrate uplift from Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for continuous improvement in the release process.
- Proactively manage risk, meet all policy and compliance requirements, perform controls, adhere to processes and procedures pertinent to the role, and escalate events, issues, or breaches as they are identified.
- Innovate and embed testing practices.

Skills:
- Experience in software test development, solution architecture, and quality experience in multiple environments.
- Experience in building automation frameworks and creating, maintaining, and executing automation suites.
- Experience coaching integrated teams, including developers, to ensure systems are designed for reliability, performance, and testability.
- Experience in strategic development and implementation of Quality solutions.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Solid judgment, reasoning, and decision-making abilities.

Experience:
- Must-Have:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing with solid experience in UI and API automation testing.
- Experience in Agile Methodology and Test Management tools and techniques.
- Experience in SIT testing with complex integration systems and defect management.
- API/Microservices testing experience (Both Restful and MQ).
- Expertise in Software Testing tools or equivalents such as Java, Jira, Confluence, Qtest, Rally, Postman, Kafka, IBM MQ, SMB3.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written), especially in a global software development environment.
- Nice to Have:
- Sound experience/knowledge in Financial Crime or Fraud domain.
- Working experience in the Banking/finance industry will be well regarded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
