Job Description:

Responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions, including but not limited to foreign remittances, fixed-term deposits, and account maintenance, in compliance with MUFG’s guidelines and local regulations. This role is pivotal in upholding the institution's reputation by ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and customer service expectations are met.

  • Deliver a high-quality service by responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing requests.

  • Foster strong partnerships with Relationship Managers and other departments to provide comprehensive support for transactions.

  • Accurately process a variety of transactions such as foreign remittances, fixed-term deposits, and check clearing.

  • Ensure adherence to all operational procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with MUFG policies and local regulations.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, monthly, etc.) for internal use and to regulatory bodies like the Central Bank.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on senior team recommendations.

  • Support risk management and audit activities by preparing necessary documentation.
