Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
•Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
•Collaborate with the corporate sales team to align regional strategies with overall business goals.
•Big game hunting: Utilizing prospecting, networking, and tradeshow channels to connect and close on National and multi-unit sales opportunities.
•Ability to define future challenges and develop strategic plans to address future needs.
Team Management:
•Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within your region.
•Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
•Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
•Organize and facilitate timely, monthly regional sales meetings to review pipelines, forecasts, and any necessary adjustments needed to achieve goals. Additionally, these meetings would serve as a platform to communicate national calendar initiatives and LTO’s.
Relationship Building:
•Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the company's presence in the region.
•Provide ongoing Sales Manager guidance and mentorship that motivates and drives business results.
•Ensure the center/store-level sales team partner closely and is aligned with the operations leadership team to achieve organizational goals.
Sales Performance Analysis:
•Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
•Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
Budget Management:
•Develop and manage the regional sales budget.
•Ensure effective utilization of resources to optimize sales outcomes.
•Broad business and financial understanding i.e. can apply financial acumen to budgeting, forecasting, metrics, etc.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
•Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a coordinated approach to business objectives.
•Provide feedback to support the development of marketing strategies that align with regional sales goals.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree or 5+ year of successful sales management in the hospitality industry
•Strong interpersonal, people and communication skills
•Extremely organized with outstanding project management skills
•Solid analytical skills, ability to perform ROI analysis, problem solving skills and budget management experience
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously
•Ability to navigate change and be adaptable with sale tends
•Highly creative with strong drive and energy
