Job Summary:
At Red Hat, our interns are an integral part of the team. They don’t get relegated to busywork or unimportant tasks, but participate in the day-to-day work and are active contributors to their team. We are currently looking for Business Analyst interns to join us in Brno. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally.
Paid 12-month internship with possible extension to 24 months in total.
Flexible working hours, on average 20 hours/week
Start date on February 1st
During this internship, you will help apply data management and analysis techniques to quantify the health and sustainability of open source software communities. In this role, you will be working with the Content Architecture Team to help develop and implement strategies for supported services, gather and analyze business requirements for new and ongoing projects, and contribute to design, troubleshooting, testing, and analytics activities.

Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to ongoing relationships with business partners to drive satisfaction with project outcomes.
Work with our team and our business partners to discover and document business requirements and capture business needs.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving these systems.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
Required Skills:
Must be currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree or in a Master's degree in an accredited university program in the Czech Republic during the full duration of the internship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to use analytical and creative problem-solving skills; along with good written and oral communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
