Responsibilities:

• Manage internal labor regulations and collective agreement in force Vibracoustic. Coordinate increases in the categories.
• Managment control of staff employed, operating and personnel outsourcing
• Union meetigs
• Coordinate and manage the temporary and plant contracts.
• Recruitment and selection of personnel employed and operating in accordance with the internal requirements of the organization.
• Application of psychometric tests.
• Coordination with recruitment sources such as: job, market universities, newpapers, etc. On the publication of current vacancies.
• Coordinate the process of hiring and termination of employe, unionzide staff.
• Meet the staff base indicators in Human Resources related absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc.
• In order to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
• Manager recruitment and selection procedure
• Recruit, develop and maintain employees adequate for plant operation
• Establish and maintain employee benefit and training programs
• Compliance with federal, state and corporate regulations
• Manage salary administration policies for the workforce
• Mediate problems between employees with supervisor, peers and subordinates.
• Oversee training activities and records
• Coordinate performance reviews, service awards and notification of disciplinary action.
• Oversee hourly and salary payroll data entry
• Handle all termination paperwork and exit interviews for salary associates
• Manage the custodial staff, dining room, cleaning
• Coordination of visitors
• Has the authority to stop processes in case of safety issues
• VPS and continuos improvement
• Promote continuos improvement through the quality activities.
• Participate in the plant overall VPS programs and activities
• Promote and participate in the VPS training plant and development of its own team and the total facility

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor of Business Administration or similar degree

5 years prior experience in related fields

Automotive industry

English Advance level

Recruitment Process, Selection Process, Legal requirements, compensation, Interpretation of psychometric test, Knowledge in carrying out procedures before IMSS and INFONAVIT, dealing with people (absenteeism's, turnover, issues, etc), Workday System, Social responsibility.
