JR68142 Process Control Engg Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Determine Origin of Deviation, Isolate Cause, and Dispose Deviation Lots
  • Manage product deviations through investigation, identification, notification, containment, documentation, and disposition
  • Maintain knowledge of department equipment, materials, and processes to identify cause(s) of deviation
  • Maintain understanding of equipment technology and packaging/testing techniques
  • Troubleshoot deviations using systematic troubleshooting techniques
  • Identify product deviations and determine how the deviation affects each product type
  • Complete and dispose lots on hold for QDR team
  • Provide passdowns that are detailed, accurate, and complete including written notes when appropriate
  • Extract data from a variety of sources/tools such as EUI, ETI, MAM, AOST tools, etc
  • Address and keep supervisor informed of all issues in a timely fashion
  • Assist supervisor to ensure issues are addressed appropriately and in a timely and consistent manner

Requirements 

  • Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering
  • Relevant experiences in process control
