Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Managing mailbox and SNOW tickets -Assist with the coordination for annual compensation, and salary administration of the employee -Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required. -Keep records and update management -Knowledge of Human Resources core concepts such as data correction, salary update, transfer, termination etc. -Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects -Support the resolution of people issues in a timely manner. - Required to help with the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables and helping the team when required OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
