The Senior Counsel, US Employment will provide proactive, practical, clear and timely day-to-day advice to the HR team and internal business partners across all business units on a wide variety of US employment issues, including but not limited to: wage and hour; classification; leaves of absence and accommodations; drug testing and background screenings; discrimination, harassment and retaliation; investigations; performance management; discipline; termination; employee health and safety; employee benefits, and other labor and employment related matters, policies, and procedures.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $142,750 - $234,438 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
