作为市场团队实习生，你将主要支持品牌核心单品内容营销的相关工作，主要包括：

电商站内短视频内容支持（核心）

• 参与核心单品的电商短视频内容制作（如Tmall/JD渠道）
• 基于品牌及产品内容策略，与PM及agency协作推进视频产出
• 对agency提供的短视频脚本及初稿进行审核与修改，提出优化建议
• 确保内容符合品牌调性、产品卖点表达清晰，并匹配平台内容趋势

Social站外内容支持

• 协助社交媒体内容（如小红书、抖音等）的校对与优化
• 支持内容发布前检查，确保信息准确及符合品牌规范
• 跟进基础内容执行及素材协调

其他日常支持工作

• 支持营销相关数据整理与基础分析（campaign数据、内容表现等）
• 协助素材库管理，包括图片、视频及营销资产归档
• 协助Excel/PPT报告更新及基础内容整理
• 根据需要，协助团队完成其他临时性任务

Qualifications（任职要求）

1. 教育背景

• 本科或研究生在读（优先研究生）
• 市场营销、传媒、广告等相关专业优先

2. 技能要求

• 良好的Excel及PowerPoint能力（必备）
• 对短视频内容、社交媒体趋势有基础理解
• 具备内容判断力（审美/表达/逻辑）
• 良好的中英文读写能力

3. 加分项（Nice to have）

• 有短视频制作/内容创作经验（如抖音、小红书）
• 有电商或内容营销相关实习经验
• 熟悉主流内容平台玩法及趋势

4. 个人素质

• 细心、责任感强，具备良好的时间管理能力
• 执行力强，能够适应多任务并行的工作节奏
• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识
