What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is looking for a Program Manager/Director to lead one of our larger technical federal engagements and manage our growth within key agency.  The portfolio is over $20M in size, and spans a variety of technologies, across multiple customers.  The identified individual requires a broad range of technical knowledge, with strong data analytics experience, and will be expected to both speak strategically with the client, but also dive into technical and business areas to flush out the feasibility of solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • The overall success of the program, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of our provided solutions/services

  • Annual revenue growth, profitability, and account planning

  • Management of staff and development of new capabilities

  • Facilitating with both business and technical teams

  • Reviewing solutions and roadmaps provided by the team

  • Deep diving with the customer to understand how the solution will be used

  • Providing hands on support to new projects and successfully transitioning to support teams

  • Briefing client leadership and technical resources

  • Establish communications and deployment plans

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree - OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelors degree

  • TEN (10) or more years’ experience designing/managing enterprise systems or TEN (10) or more years of project management experience and SEVEN (7) years managing large federal cybersecurity programs


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

  • Experience supporting federal enterprise systems including governance, cybersecurity, development, and operations

  • Experience managing over $10M in annual revenue and developing robust client relationships

  • Experience growing and building a sales pipeline

  • Track recording of successfully defining and delivering solutions to customers

  • Experience running agile projects

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

  • Technical certifications (MCSE, AWS, Azure, CISSP, etc)

  • Data Analytics background, data warehousing, AI, data quality of enterprise systems, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $219,500.00-$329,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
