Job Summary:

The Lead analyst/ Global Project Manager/ Team Leader in Market Research Services will oversee a team of market research analysts and ensure the successful execution of research projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

·Leadership & Team Management:

oLead, mentor, and manage a team of market research analysts.

oAssign tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and expertise.

oConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

·Project Management:

oDevelop and implement research plans to gather market insights.

oEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget.

oMonitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

·Client Coordination:

oServe as the primary point of contact for clients.

oUnderstand client needs and objectives to tailor research projects accordingly.

oPresent findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

·Data Analysis & Reporting:

oOversee the collection and analysis of data using various methodologies.

oEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data collected.

oPrepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.

·Strategic Planning:

oCollaborate with senior management to develop research strategies aligned with business goals.

oIdentify new market opportunities and trends.
