We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to play a critical role in driving supplier quality, component reliability, and manufacturing readiness as we scale our electrolyzer manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will lead supplier quality initiatives across supplier qualification, auditing, incoming inspection, non-conformance management, and supplier development. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure supplier performance, product quality, and manufacturing readiness as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex quality challenges, and is excited to operate in a highly cross-functional and execution-focused role.
