Preferred Location: Atlanta

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing collections and related billing questions for a portfolio of 200+ accounts
  • Contact customers for status of open invoices
  • Complete complex account reconciliations and related research
  • Work in close coordination with account teams and other cross functional internal business partners

 

Required Skills:

  • Problem solving, analytical thinking, and process orientation
  • Time Management focused on delivering results while meeting customer needs
  • Strong customer relationship management skills (internal and external customers)
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly, with an eye on the needs of your audience
  • High degree of accountability, professionalism, and a bias for action

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient with Excel pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experience with SAP FI module
  • 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business collections with a Fortune 500 type of company
