Per Diem Angioplasty Specialist - Days - Cardiac Catherization - Columbia University Irving Medical Center

This position is located at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The procedures will involve cardiac catherization, may include vascular and structural procedures.

This is a per diem position that will start at 7am for either 10-hour or 12-hour shift, no weekends required.  

 

 Preferred Criteria

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) registration by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within one year of hire

 

Required Criteria 

• High School Diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in cardiac cath
• At least 1 year of experience scrubbing into cardiac cath lab procedures
• Knowledge of Interventional Cardiology, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Cardiovascular Anatomy and Physiology
• Basic Life Support certification required
