The main purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of road breakdown with the company’s drivers along with 3rd party providers. The Dedicated Road Breakdown Agent is the single point of contact when assisting drivers in repairs, breakdowns, and repair instructions either by routing them to terminals or providing direction for on the road repairs. This position also plays a major part in the success of warranty recovery of any failed components on Werner Equipment.  Due to the nature of the essential job functions of this role, this is a safety sensitive position.
