What You Will Do:
- Lead day to day shop operations for the branch. Including delivery/pick‐up, driver dispatch, employee time management, equipment repairs, ERP transactions, inventory management, QMS, and work order entry
- Maintain on-going communications and service with assigned customers, sales personnel, and reps to better understand and support needs
- Assist in ensuring direct delivery of product to customers and reps occurs timely and with minimal freights costs and the need for main office sales personnel to be engaged in this activity
- Responsible for reducing cost and investment of inventory management
- Maintain custody controls over all inventory received, stored, and shipped.
- Allocate available inventory in a manner that maximizes the satisfied customer base
- Effectively manage customer requests ensuring high degrees of customer satisfaction, including walk-ins and order fulfillment
- Required driving of up to 25%
- Responsible for communication with customers on service level expectations.
- Coordinate deliveries/pick‐ups including product and delivery tickets, change orders, service issues, etc.
- Drive service excellence at the branch level with the goal of meeting/exceeding customer expectations
- Responsible for the legally compliant, efficient & safe operational performance of the Wellmark CIP facility
- Responsible for timely and accurate management reporting
- Maintain the overall appearance of the facility and grounds
- Participate in Lean events with active involvement in CI initiatives
- Report unsafe acts or conditions to supervision immediately as noticed
Position Details:
- Candidate must reside in: Pecos, TX or surrounding areas
- Facility: Shared facility in Pecos, TX
- Work week and shift: 7AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, occasional weekend work as required.
- Compensation package offered: Competitive hourly rate, shift differential and eligible for quarterly bonus program
- New hire orientation is provided
- On the job training on processes, and procedures
- PPE requirements include safety glasses and steel toes

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service, shop hand or material handling role within an oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong strategic thinking, initiative, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must be effective in a result driven, entrepreneurial work environment
- Capable of and comfortable with, managing conflict, time-sensitive priorities in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must be able to influence and shape opinion among peer group in a cross functional environment
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.

Physical Demands:
- Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
- Minimal climbing ladders, lifting between 25 and 40 lbs regularly, fingering, picking, pinching, fine hand manipulation, collating/filing and dialing up to 10%.
- Occasional bending, crouching, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, lifting 10lbs, reaching, twisting, stretching, pushing, pulling, handling and driving between 11% and 33%.
- Frequent use of a keyboard and viewing computer monitor, sitting, standing and writing between 33% - 66%.
- Constant walking, seeing, hearing and speaking greater than 66%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Oracle
- Experience with assembling chemical injection pump products
