Purpose:
Provides registration expertise for active ingredients and formulated products at a federal and state levels. Establishes registration needs and compiles registration packages/dossiers for Brazilian submissions.
Interacts with:
· Members of the Regulatory Team
· Members of CPR&D teams, Regulatory Laboratory, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.
Skills:
Knowledge of the Brazilian Regulatory system for pesticides, including federal and state level regulation. Graduation in agronomy, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy or related areas. Intermmediate or Advanced English. Good language/communication skills. Effective team player level. Critical evaluation of regulatory dossiers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provides full support to Federal Regulatory Managers and Regulatory Services Specialists.
· Assembles and formats data and information to deliver dossiers submissions to regulatory authorities in federal and state level supporting business growth.
· Coordinates the submission and maintenance at Federal and State levels for new formulated products, active ingredients and post-registration processes;
· Obtains and Renewals Experimental Use Permits for research and experimentation in order to to allow research activity in the Commercial Unit for data generation used to pipeline products dossiers.
· Obtains Export Registration for products manufactured in Brazil.
· Submits Co-Formulants registrations.
· Leads Regulatory projects interacting with multifunctional teams.
· Reviews Commercial artwork according to current regulatory requirements
· Track / discuss new regulations and their impact/implementation in Corteva´s operation.
· Through effective partnership with Regulatory Federal and Services teams ensures that local regulatory requirements are assessed and incorporated in the project milestones
· Drive Improvement and Operational Excellence projects.
· Maintains electronic records in the Documentation Center tools for both processes and official documents;
