About This Role
The Sr Director, Insights and Analytics Lead, will support the Immunology franchise by objectively defining and evaluating brand performance, enabling data-driven decisions, and proactively delivering actionable insights. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to innovate and evolve Biogen’s industry-leading portfolio, improving patient outcomes for millions. Responsibilities include insights and analytics, including primary marketing research, secondary analytics, forecasting guidance, and competitive intelligence.
As the key partner to commercial and marketing leadership, you will help identify & address the most important business problems facing the franchise. This role will partner directly with North America Leadership team members and Heads of Marketing, as well as functional leaders such as IT, to ensure a thorough understanding of our business insight needs, our data landscape, and how we leverage data to answer business questions efficiently and agilely
Additionally, this role will lead the development of performance narrative and generation of insights supporting US brand / franchise strategy in collaboration with the franchise lead, brand lead, and (as appropriate) Global stakeholders.
