Roles and Responsibilities
Validating and booking customer orders with accuracy and according to compliance requirements
Managing open orders backlog to ensure timely fulfillment, delivery, invoicing and closure
Communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders, both internal and external, in various functions (commercial team, manufacturing, finance, logistics, warehouse, controllership, transportation companies etc.)
Identifying and escalating order execution risks and issues
Processing Returns and Out Of Box Failures
Ordering demo inventory in support of Commercial Sales
Creating and updating Work Instructions and Job Aids
Handling customer inquiries
Managing customer disputes and credit
Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area
Applying general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understanding how work of own team contributes to the area
Resolving issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
Supporting sourcing and replenishment activities for order fulfilment of Purchase to Stock materials
Working in compliance with the documented quality system and reports any anomalies
Coordinating shipments with forwarder
Managing customer formalities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are an asset
Basic experience in Sales & Client Management Support
Strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and within a team
Desired Characteristics
Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Any additional language knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, with an ability to learn new systems.
