We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Ad Intelligence team

Our Ad Intelligence solution operates in a startup mindset and moves FAST, think BIG and build for long term offering to fuel the next growth engines.  

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role is to bring your expertise in product management within the context of advertising practitioners day-to-day work to build the best product offerings. 

  • Intimately understand our users jobs-to-be-done, the environment they operate under, the markets and competitors through continuous research and interviews
  • Plan, prioritize and define features and data models to realize the product vision; ensure consistent high team velocity and effective use of team resources
  • Drive the product development process end-to-end from discovery, through definition, prototyping, design to development and deployment with continuous iterations
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary development team - data scientist, big data engineers, full-stack developers and other teams on cutting edge technologies as well UX designers, product managers, product marketers and various business stakeholders
  • Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate on features to achieve product goals
  • Design offering supporting multiple delivery methods across solutions in Web and app intelligence, performance marketing, research and demand analysis and through API technology 

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • A BSc in computer science, mathematics, system engineering or significant equivalent experience - a strong basis for modeled thinking
  • At least 8 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Product Manager or a multi-pod development leader intimately working with data and fullstack engineering teams to lead and design winning product or complex feature sets.
  • Strong acumen and experience with digital advertising technologies and ecosystem including evaluation and performance metrics, popular ad technologies and common advertising channels. 
  • High degree of technical knowledge and ability to partner closely with both R&D & product design and business; Enjoy getting their hands dirty with data.
  • At least 5 years experience in B2B SaaS; comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity yet bringing a methodical approach to their work. 
  • Ability to think strategically, take data-driven decisions, and bring FOCUS to the product development process & team
  • Superb collaboration and communication skills, ready to work with and align many stakeholders across the organization. Comfortable of being challenged regularly.
