Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Director of Driver Experience & Ops Excellence plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service for our InHome program and ensuring that our associate drivers are supported and engaged. This role is dedicated to optimizing every aspect of the driver journey, from onboarding and training to recognition and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in performance management and the ability to influence and drive large-scale improvements across the Van Delivery and Dedicated Delivery organization.

We are seeking an energetic and self-driven leader to join us in elevating our Last Mile Van Delivery operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Van Operations, this role will drive excellence and enhance the performance of InHome Delivery while establishing performance monitoring mechanisms for new delivery verticals within Van Operations. This role will oversee our Associate Experience, Driver Training, Driver Support, Performance Reporting, and Delivery Experience pillars. The role is BASED IN BENTONVILLE, AR.

You’ll Make an Impact By…

  • Leading Performance Improvements: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives, driving strategic initiatives that enhance overall operations.
  • Strengthening Driver Training: Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, including enhancements to driver-facing applications.
  • Optimizing Driver Engagement: Streamline communication and lead initiatives that improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Enhancing Data Reporting and Visualization: Own and optimize operations reporting for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), using data visualizations to identify trends and drive continuous improvements in driver experience and operational efficiency.
  • Establishing Support and Performance Management for New Verticals: Set up driver support and performance management functions for emerging delivery verticals, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into existing operations

This role will be working out of Bentonville, AR.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
