About the role:

Walmart is looking for a Senior Product Manager for its Supplier Transformation organization. Our team focuses on the Supplier Experience space and owns the Supplier One tool which focuses on solving the fundamental problems of friction and fragmentation by making sure suppliers know where to go, what to do, and how to do it. Solving these problems first is essential to enabling future innovation around personalization, automation, and AI, which are crucial for us to be competitive in the retail space as well as enable peak Supplier efficiency.

In this role you will be responsible for building and scaling the Supplier One platform core capabilities like Notifications, Messaging and User roles and permission management.

This role involves working with cross functional stakeholders including designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior executives from other functional areas, such as merchandizing and business leadership to develop and execute on the product vision and roadmap in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact::

  • Gathering internal and external details around existing workflows and documenting the process flows for each
  • Conducting customer research and discussions to understand their pain points and the impact of the changes requested.
  •  Collaborating with Business, Design and Product to determine the best path forward
  • Working in conjunction with several cross functional teams and dependent teams to deliver a cohesive experience
  • Crafting a robust strategy and roadmap to determine the direction in which our platform will be headed
  • Leading one or more scrum teams to execute on said functionality in an agile manner.
  • Tracking and measuring the success of delivered features and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product execution
  • Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams
  • Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset. Experience shipping and iterating based on data and user feedback
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously , prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • At least 3+ years of product management experience
