Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead and discover new solutions on Cardiovascular Ultrasound medical imaging. Establish clinical and academic connection to enable open innovation for rapidly developing novel solution for the market and great communication between BG and KOL.

You are responsible for

Marketing Plan and Execution
• Supporting the Head of Marketing in creating the Health System Marketing Plan for the Market by providing Business specific Customer Insights and the global Business Strategy
• Driving the Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans
• Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (PD, IGT, CC) in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions)
• Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business
• Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services
Perfect NPI
• Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief)
• Forming the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
• Driving local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy

You are a part of

Philips Ultrasound Product Marketing Team, report to Business Professional Marketing leader, CV&POC who base in Beijing.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 5 years in marketing field, including clinical professional marketing and customer marketing.
  • Strong clinical background in cardiovascular ultrasound.
  • Understanding and analysis of market, industry and technology trends, and clinical workflow and systems, with an emphasis on cardiovascular ultrasound.
  • Boldness to create/shape markets whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions and brand.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-section of sales, marketing, and analytics resources to develop solution-oriented sales development programs.
  • Ability to drive sales growth in new and existing markets - ability to identify local opportunities, interact with decision makers and provide highest-quality leads as a result.
  • Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to collect and synthesize local market trends and competitive intelligence into actionable input for the BIU/BG marketing teams.
