- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Asset Management modules to align with business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Asset Management and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to asset management applications.
